This page gives users a complete, readable structure during the private pilot. The legal operator must confirm its registered contact details, governing law, processor list, international-transfer safeguards and final retention schedule before public launch or paid checkout.
Decision support, not professional advice
Prophet.today provides general information and evidence-led decision support. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, insurance, medical, engineering, security or safety advice, or an offer, recommendation or solicitation.
Observations and coverage are incomplete
Sources can be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, stale, revised, geographically uneven or incorrect. A missing AIS, ADS-B, market, sensor, news or official-source observation does not prove that the underlying vessel, aircraft, price, event or condition is absent. Map and count views may be bounded for performance.
Forecasts can be wrong
Forecasts are probabilistic estimates, not promises. Confidence, coverage and timing labels communicate limits; they do not remove uncertainty. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Prices and market data
Market values may be REAL_TIME, delayed, end-of-day or stale and may come from one or more sources. Currency, instrument, market, observation time, reconciliation status and named Prophet source should be checked before use. Do not trade or value assets solely from Prophet.
Data-class labels are not certainty labels
LIVE describes recent operational collection, OFFICIAL identifies publisher authority, INFERRED identifies a derived conclusion and FORECAST identifies an estimate of the future. None guarantees accuracy, completeness, independence or fitness for a particular decision.
Independent verification is required
Check material decisions against the relevant primary source and qualified professionals. For safety-critical or time-critical use, use independently operated systems and procedures designed for that purpose.
No guarantee and limited liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prophet.today and its operators do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, timeliness, future results or fitness for a particular purpose. Final liability language and legally required exceptions must be approved by qualified counsel before production.
Third-party rights
Third-party data, names and marks remain subject to the rights and terms of their owners. Availability in Prophet does not grant a general right to download, republish or commercially reuse underlying source material.
